I Amnesia will replace any product that is returned within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.

To honor this guarantee please reach out our Customer service team by emailing them at info@iloveamnesia.com with pictures of your product and proof of purchase. The pictures should show the damage to the product and a full frame shot to identify which item you have. We are more than happy to honor our guarantee and show how much we stand behind Five Star products!
