An I Amnesia Gift Card comes in two forms: a wallet-size plastic card and an electronic eGift Card. A Gift Card works like a debit card and can be applied to any purchase up to the amount for which it was issued, including all merchandise, shipping charges, taxes or special services like gift boxing. It’s a can’t-miss gift that allows recipients to pick out exactly what they want! Plastic Gift Cards are available in designs for all occasions and presented in an attractive packet and mailed via DHL. eGift Cards are also available in many designs and delivered via email.

To redeem the I Amnesia Gift Card you’ll need your 16-digit Gift Card number and 8-digit PIN code. When you receive your plastic Gift Card, scratch off the PIN box to see your number. For online orders, simply enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the appropriate fields when you check out.
Plastic Gift Cards are sent via DHL generally within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery (add an extra day or two during the holidays). eGift Cards are sent via email and generally arrive in the recipient’s inbox within several minutes.
You can check your Gift Card balance online any time at iloveamnesia.com. Just look for the Check Gift Card Balance link above.
No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card, it will not expire. You can spend it anytime. And unlike some other companies, we do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
The same way you return all other I Amnesia merchandise. If you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue an I Amnesia Merchandise Credit for the amount of the refund.

No, Gift cards are issued for the original purchase amount. Additional balance amounts cannot be added to the card, but if you want a Gift Card for an additional amount, you’re welcome to order a new Gift Card.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards, and this is noted on each Gift Card. Please feel free to contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to review the situation with you to see how we can help.
Yes. The maximum value that can be purchased on a gift card or email gift card is €500.
I Amnesia does not refund gift cards for cash
To be certain an eGift Card has been received, please check with the recipient. Most eGift Cards are delivered successfully within 4 hours of your order. However, as with all email, a number of factors could prevent a card from being delivered to a recipient’s in-box. A full inbox, an invalid email address or a spam filter can prevent an eGift Card from reaching its intended recipient. If we are notified that an eGift Card has not been delivered, we will notify your and assist in resending the eGift card.
